Dumpster Rental FAQ

General Questions

If you fill your dumpster, we offer an empty-and-return (swap) at a flat rate based on your location—no variable trucking fees. Request it anytime, and we’ll schedule the next available slot.

No. Your price is transparent and includes delivery and pickup within the included rental period. Extra charges only apply if they’re triggered — for example, extra days beyond the included rental (rentals include up to 5 days, then it’s $50 per additional day), overweight loads if a weight limit applies, tonnage billed after emptying at $145 per ton, prohibited or contaminated materials, unsuccessful delivery or pickup due to blocked access, or out-of-area travel or special placement requests where applicable. If anything is unclear, we’ll confirm all costs up front before you book.

You can keep the dumpster for up to 5 days. After that, it’s a $50 per day charge. If you need more time, extensions are usually available—just let us know as early as possible. If you finish early, call us and we’ll schedule an early pickup.

Order online by choosing your date, time, and address, and include any placement notes like “right side of driveway.” We’ll drop the dumpster in the designated spot as long as the area is clear and accessible. You load it with allowed items, keeping debris level with the top and not overfilling. When you’re done, call us and we’ll pick it up on your chosen date or the next available slot.

You can load general household items such as appliances, food waste, furniture, garbage, and similar trash; construction and demolition debris like decking, fencing, flooring, plastic, metal, shingles, siding, and wood.

Heavy debris includes block, brick, concrete, dirt, gravel, mulch, sand, soil, sod, branches, limb trimmings, grass clippings, tree trunks, roots, and stumps. These materials are only allowed in heavy duty dumpster rentals.

Items typically not allowed include hazardous waste (chemicals, solvents, paints, pesticides, asbestos), liquids, oils, fuels, antifreeze, batteries, fluorescent bulbs or e-waste in some areas, propane tanks or other pressurized cylinders, and medical or biohazard waste. If you’re unsure about a specific item, ask us before loading to avoid fees or delays.

We offer 7-yard, 10-yard, 12-yard, 17-yard, 22-yard, and Heavy Duty dumpsters. If you tell us what you’re tossing and roughly how much, we’ll help you choose the best size.
